Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage the benefit negotiations and renewal process. Including overseeing the open enrollment efforts
- Assist in the maintenance and creation of compensation structures, communications, and updates
- Manage the HRIS system which includes data management/analytics, document management, interface requirements, etc
Qualifications Include:
- Proven track record of managing compensation and benefits
- Proven track record of presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
