Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the benefit negotiations and renewal process. Including overseeing the open enrollment efforts
  • Assist in the maintenance and creation of compensation structures, communications, and updates
  • Manage the HRIS system which includes data management/analytics, document management, interface requirements, etc

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven track record of managing compensation and benefits
  • Proven track record of presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
