Remote IT Operations Program Manager
Job Summary
A membership-based legal services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Operations Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage program level risk and issue management process
- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects aligning with the company's strategies and objectives
- Assist in developing business cases, epics, features, stories, or other requirement documents
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Program Management
- Experience with Jira or related Agile software tools
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable experience
- Proven experience in anticipating and overcoming the risks involved with software and system operations, development, and support
- Experience with System Operations, Development Operations, and Security Operations methodologies
