Job Summary

A membership-based legal services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Operations Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage program level risk and issue management process
  • Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects aligning with the company's strategies and objectives
  • Assist in developing business cases, epics, features, stories, or other requirement documents

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Program Management
  • Experience with Jira or related Agile software tools
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable experience
  • Proven experience in anticipating and overcoming the risks involved with software and system operations, development, and support
  • Experience with System Operations, Development Operations, and Security Operations methodologies
