Job Summary
A company that focuses on delivering information technology and professional services is seeking a Remote IT Quality Assurance Product Support Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Provide end-user support and assist with Subject Matter Expert knowledge on all production processes
- Provide support in end-user education, explaining "how-to" questions, instructions on how to use the system
- Create Release notes, training materials, end-user cheat sheets, Release communications, Help Desk training modules etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years’ experience as quality analyst, process engineer, or internal process and quality auditor
- Expert knowledge of quality techniques and tools for auditing, causal analysis, and nonconformity management
- Analyze and solve quality problems and contribute to quality improvement efforts
- Ability to plan, schedule, and facilitate teleconferences, record results and next steps
- Understand waterfall, agile and hybrid approaches to software development
- Fluent with Microsoft Office products, specifically with MS Word, Excel, Project, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
