Remote IT Quality Assurance Testing and Validation Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote IT Quality Assurance Testing and Validation Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Recruit, manage, and lead a team of IT QA Testing and Validation Specialist
• Manage the IT QA and Validation testing team processes and tools
• Oversee all applications and systems testing for the IT QA Testing and Validation team.

Position Requirements Include:

• 3+ years’ experience as a manager, supervisor or team lead
• 5+ years’ experience in creating and executing IT system or software QA test plans, test cases and test scripts
• 3+ years’ experience in creating automated test scripts
• Customer focused, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proven aptitude for understanding end user workflows and technical IT terminology
