Remote ITSM Application Architect Remedy

Job Summary

A commercial contract service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ITSM Application Architect Remedy.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing BMC support in a customer focused organization
• Coordinating with the end user for satisfaction on application requirements
• Researching, designing, developing, and/or modiying enterprise-wide Remedy systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in the use of BMC Remedy applications
• Prior experience performing integrations with third party applications
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• In-depth knowledge, expertise, and proven experience assisting large, complex organizations
