Job Summary
A commercial contract service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ITSM Application Architect Remedy.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing BMC support in a customer focused organization
- Coordinating with the end user for satisfaction on application requirements
- Researching, designing, developing, and/or modiying enterprise-wide Remedy systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in the use of BMC Remedy applications
- Prior experience performing integrations with third party applications
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- In-depth knowledge, expertise, and proven experience assisting large, complex organizations
