Remote Lead Data Engineer
Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Lead Data Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the technical planning and delivery of multiple projects
- Partnering with internal and external teams for knowledge transfer in advance of new feature launches
- Developing Data Flow Diagrams, Data Dictionaries, and database schemas
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- B.S. in Data Science, Data Analysis, or a related field
- 5-8 years experience as a Data Engineer using BI tools providing complex analysis
- Extensive knowledge of BI concepts
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, Heap, Fivetran and SigmaComputing
- Proven experience working with complex datasets and writing SQL queries with multiple levels of CTEs directly
- Experience with leading and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
