Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Network Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, planning, building, and implementing highly reliable and available networks
- Providing Level II/III network support, repair, Network Automation using Ansible, and Terraform skills
- Helping ensure the network complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience with design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise networks
- Hands-on experience of building and operating AWS networking services
- Proficient knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols
- Experience with SD-WAN, SDN, Security Posturing (Cisco ISE), and architecting/operating data centers
- Experience with emerging technologies VoIP (H.323 & SIP), Video Conferencing, Wireless (802.11 environments), Security (802.1x, IPS/IDS, NAC)
