Job Summary
An engineering and technology firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Linear Referencing Systems Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Use various GIS software
- Perform transportation data model design and development tasks
- Update Geospatial data on an as-needed basis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college in GIS, Surveying, Engineering, Geography, Information Systems, or related degree
- 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hands-on experience with Linear Referencing Systems and/or Esri’s Roads and Highways
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Software
- Experience utilizing Python
- Ability to consult clients in best practices for data management including workflows, tools, governance models, and integration patterns
