Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Medical Billing and Coding Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing, researching, and following up using all available resources to provide answers via correspondence
- Contacting patients and insurance companies in an attempt to resolve accounts
- Using computerized reports to prioritize specialized account review and resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years Medical Billing and Coding experience
- Time management, attention to detail, documentation skills, analyzing information
- General math skills, conflict resolution, effective communication, team player
