Remote NOC Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A data analytics company is filling a position for a Remote NOC Systems Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and monitoring systems and services that support the global operations
• Responding to and handling of incident management procedures
• Creating and maintaining detailed and complete system documentation

Position Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of IT Operations experience, including administration of Linux and Window servers
• 2+ years of experience of working within or closely with NOC
• Practical knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with networking equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Practical knowledge of Change Management processes
