A pharmaceutical and biotechnology development company is seeking a Remote Oncology Biostatistics Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading two or more components of departmental strategic initiatives
• Providing Statistical leadership to late-stage oncology clinical trials
• Working collaboratively with internal and external colleagues to ensure appropriate design

Position Requirements Include:

• Examines functional issues from a broader organization perspective
• Anticipates obstacles and difficulties of clients and acts to meet goals
• 12 years + (Bachelors); 10+ years (Masters); 8+ years (PhD); 4+ years (MD) of statistical analysis experience
• Proven ability to pull together and lead highly effective teams and create a clear sense of direction
