A retirement services company has a current position open for a Remote Participant Transaction Processing Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing and performing analysis and entry of participant transaction requests
- Maintaining departmental established productivity and quality goals
- Designing and delivering clear, respectful communications across audiences
