Job Summary

A bank is in need of a Remote Payment Services Customer Research and Survey Insights Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Curating and driving analytical expertise through the synthesis and analysis of data providing actionable market and customer insights
• Creating easily understandable dashboard reports, slides and other materials to convey the customer experience and operational metrics
• Presenting and clearly articulating customer data to internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Four to five years of data analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Preferred strong analytical skills
