Job Summary

A provider of online grocery delivery services is seeking a Remote Payroll and Benefit Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Completing weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles
• Managing benefits administration processes
• Managing unemployment claims and tax upkeep

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Expect to attend regular team building events, and to be able to work from the beach every once in a while
• 3 years of experience working with a payroll platform
• 3 years of experience working with an insurance broker/directly with carriers
• Deep knowledge of payroll practices, laws, and regulations
• HRIS expertise, advanced Excel knowledge
• Recent experience working at a startup/other fast-paced and growing environment
