Job Summary
A trusted partner and innovator in Earth intelligence and space infrastructure has a current position open for a Remote Principal Embedded Flight Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, documenting and maintaining architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
- Developing and maintaining code, and integrating software components into a fully-functional software system
- Developing, selecting, tailoring, and deploying software processes, tools and metrics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Bachelor’s in software engineering, computer science, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of software development experience
- Previous experience in agile software development and as a software subject matter expert
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with hands-off, remote management
- Expert embedded C++ programing skills
