Remote Procurement and Depository Operations Manager

Job Summary

An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Procurement and Depository Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Handling all State Depository relationships, overseeing transfers of inventory and accuracy of reporting
• Coordinating with Sales Support to ensure that school purchases of products through State Depositories are communicated correctly
• Assisting Account Receivable with ensuring that Depository sales of products are paid within the terms of each contract

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a demanding procurement, fulfillment, or supply chain setting
• 2+ years of experience in the education industry
• Experience with CRM and ERP administration or B2B EDI communication
• Results-driven and operationally adept at finding manufacturing solutions within challenging timelines and customer requirements
• Ability to manage and work with vendors to achieve desired outcomes to meet specific customer needs
• Broad-based business background with the ability to effectively connect with senior-level executives, colleagues, and subordinates
