Job Summary
A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Discovery Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the scrum master, ensuring proper backlog refinement and value delivery in every sprint
- Driving productivity and execution of deliverables from ideation to production
- Providing technical direction to your team, participate in code reviews, and drive architectural discussions
Required Skills:
- 2+ years managing a team of software engineers
- 2+ years leading a critical project, managing stakeholders
- Proven success as a senior level developer in at least one of mobile, web, or backend
- Demonstrate an understanding of distributed systems in a cloud environment
- Capable of communicating technical concepts and complexity to engineering and business leaders alike
