Remote Programmatic Account Lead
Job Summary
A growth marketing agency is seeking a Remote Programmatic Account Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Driving strategy and improving client performance
- Leading, mentoring, and managing team members
- Providing feedback and strategic guidance to your account teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of Programmatic media experience
- Fluent in a variety of DSPs (TTD & DV360 preferred), and Ad Servers
- Strong problem solving, strategic mindset and communication skills
- Proven prior work experience managing a team of direct reports / team members
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports into more senior roles
- Experience in data analysis and visualization
