Job Summary

A growth marketing agency is seeking a Remote Programmatic Account Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Driving strategy and improving client performance
Leading, mentoring, and managing team members
Providing feedback and strategic guidance to your account teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

5+ years of Programmatic media experience
Fluent in a variety of DSPs (TTD & DV360 preferred), and Ad Servers
Strong problem solving, strategic mindset and communication skills
Proven prior work experience managing a team of direct reports / team members
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports into more senior roles
Experience in data analysis and visualization
