Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recovery and Resolution Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating audits, investigations and/or claims identified for potential recoupment
- Adhering to recovery schedule
- Tracking recoupment activities to support data analysis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT)
- Current Registration with State Board of Pharmacy in the state where position is located
- 2 years of experience in retail, long term care, specialty, home infusion, or mail order pharmacy
- Or combined pharmacy and PBM experience
- Previous claims processing experience in an operations, audit or quality assurance environment
