Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recovery and Resolution Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Evaluating audits, investigations and/or claims identified for potential recoupment
  • Adhering to recovery schedule
  • Tracking recoupment activities to support data analysis

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT)
  • Current Registration with State Board of Pharmacy in the state where position is located
  • 2 years of experience in retail, long term care, specialty, home infusion, or mail order pharmacy
  • Or combined pharmacy and PBM experience
  • Previous claims processing experience in an operations, audit or quality assurance environment
