Job Summary
A company building and delivering quality IT systems and programs has a current position open for a Remote Requirements Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Develop and/or redesign processes
- Gather and document requirements for ServiceNow HR solutions
- Draft, plan, and execute actions for change management procedures
Required Skills:
- 4 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst
- Bachelors' Degree in business or similar concentration
- Excellent experience with data gathering and analysis
- Excellent experience with redesigning processes, gathering requirements, and implementing process improvements
- Excellent experience utilizing software/applications to gather and document requirements
- Excellent ability to prepare and present information in a concise and coherent manner
