A company building and delivering quality IT systems and programs has a current position open for a Remote Requirements Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and/or redesign processes
  • Gather and document requirements for ServiceNow HR solutions
  • Draft, plan, and execute actions for change management procedures

Required Skills:

  • 4 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst
  • Bachelors' Degree in business or similar concentration
  • Excellent experience with data gathering and analysis
  • Excellent experience with redesigning processes, gathering requirements, and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent experience utilizing software/applications to gather and document requirements
  • Excellent ability to prepare and present information in a concise and coherent manner
