Job Summary
A bank is filling a position for a Remote Retail Bank Process Engineer and Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Executing on project goals and acting in an advisory capacity to assigned project leaders and stakeholders
- Supporting programs and lead projects within end-to-end programs and major projects
- Building relationships within business unit and across enterprise
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects
- 3+ years of work experience with demonstrated project/consulting or process improvement skills
- Ability to work with business units to develop customer centric data/measurement systems that support the business strategy for revenue
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and/or client centric process improvement
- Strong technical and analytical skills
