Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Risk Adjustment Clinical Documentation Integrity Auditor Educator.

Must be able to:

Perform clinical documentation validation to ensure clinical documentation and coding integrity
Perform quantitative and qualitative reviews and analysis of the clinical health records
Query providers and/or the CDI team to ensure that appropriate documentation appears in the medical record

Qualifications Include:

7+ years of overall experience in the medical industry
5+ years of outpatient Risk Adjustment CDI-specific experience
AAPC or AHIMA certified coder
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, business, or related field
5+ years of healthcare industry experience as a medical coder
1+ years of provider facing experience
