Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Risk Adjustment Clinical Documentation Integrity Auditor Educator.
Must be able to:
- Perform clinical documentation validation to ensure clinical documentation and coding integrity
- Perform quantitative and qualitative reviews and analysis of the clinical health records
- Query providers and/or the CDI team to ensure that appropriate documentation appears in the medical record
Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years of overall experience in the medical industry
- 5+ years of outpatient Risk Adjustment CDI-specific experience
- AAPC or AHIMA certified coder
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, business, or related field
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience as a medical coder
- 1+ years of provider facing experience
