A robotics technology development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Robotics Technology Manufacturing Recruiting Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create equitable, efficient, and comprehensive recruiting practices
  • Evaluate and iterate upon current Talent Operations
  • Evaluate external labor market conditions

Required Skills:

  • Have led strategic full cycle Talent Acquisition processes, particularly in sourcing US/global talent
  • Strong experience in sourcing global Technical Recruiting
  • Advanced experience leveraging and training others on Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATSs
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), you’re aware of yourself and others
  • A bias for technology
