Remote Sales Operations Analyst
Job Summary
This is a full-time Sales Operations Analyst position in a technology sales environment. The analyst will manage reports, CRM management, data entry, and cross-functional project management, working closely with the Sales and Partner Sales Representatives. The company is in the password management industry and is dedicated to building a diverse and talented remote team.
- Manage day-to-day operations and development of customer relationship management (CRM) data consistency and HubSpot instance, including process improvements and automations
- Generate reports and dashboards as needed to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and data auditing tasks
- Ensure consistent performance of various lead routing processes and act as ongoing Deal Desk representative and commissions processing for modifications from customers
- Engage with sales team, partner sales representatives, and channel sales team on related tasks, process improvements, and automations
- Contribute to a variety of meetings and project sessions with leadership and stakeholders from other departments.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support
- CRM administration experience, preferably with HubSpot
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of analytics tools
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with various software applications/platforms such as G Suite, MS Excel, Asana, and HubSpot
