Job Summary

An international insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Data Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collecting and analyzing HR data
• Offering actionable analysis and interfacing with HR and business leaders
• Designing and implementing dashboards that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework for HR and leadership

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
• Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
