- Leading and managing the Data Operations team

- 10 years of experience in data engineering, data management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Direct technical experience with Databricks and Delta Lake architectures
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong technical knowledge of data warehousing
