A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Data Solutions Data Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding our complex data ecosystem
- Identifying, prioritizing, and solving for ambiguous, open-ended problems
- Collaborating with multiple teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience
- Advanced experience in SQL queries and performance tuning
- Understanding of functional programing paradigms
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work towards a larger goal with minimal guidance
- Extensive hands-on experience working with large datasets, pipelines, and modern warehouse technologies
