Remote Senior Database Developer Engineer
Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Database Developer Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Database solutions to efficiently store and retrieve large scale datasets
- Build high-performing Database layer that can be reused for different use-cases
- Collaborate with the rest of the developers and tune the SQL queries to improve the performance of the API platform
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in database development using Postgres/Oracle/SQL Server
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Knowledge of NoSQL Technologies like DynamoDB/MongoDB
- Familiarity with .Net/Java technologies
- Familiarity with AWS technologies like Lambda, SQS, S3, AWS Gateway
- Experience in working with the Tier-1 and Tier-2 support teams
