A non-profit information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Infrastructure Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Mentoring and guiding the professional and technical development of your team members
- Leading engineering teams responsible for simplifying infrastructure management for internal teams and partners
- Building teams that are collaborative, inclusive, and respectful of each other
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager and/or Senior Engineering Manager
- Have a technical background and are able to contribute to planning and design discussions
- Have experience leading a team of engineers, technical leads and managers and guiding them through their career development
