Job Summary
A software solutions company has an open position for a Remote Senior Platform Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and improving the data infrastructure
- Learning and contributing to all aspects of the data platform
- Mentoring junior engineers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- In-person and virtual events
- 5+ years of software development experience using Java or similar object-oriented languages
- Experience with relational databases (ideally Postgres) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Experience building scalable systems and architectures
- Experience with AWS and cloud automation
- Experience leading projects from inception through deployment
