Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Software Development Accountant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing draft financial statements and variance analysis
- Participating in metrics reporting
- Coordinating with Director of Finance to ensure ongoing GAAP compliance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA in accounting or a related field or
- Equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of related experience in accounting
- Hands on experience with complex GL account reconciliations
- Working knowledge of software revenue recognition
- Ability to own increasingly complex areas of accounting
