Job Summary
A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Software DevOps Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving automation of operational processes accurately and in compliance with specific security requirements
- Managing oversight of AWS infrastructure, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and cost
- Overseeing and assisting with planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
- 3-6 years of directly relevant experience
- 3 + years of management experience
- Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration, and AWS
- Understanding of networking, load balancing, high availability, and how those requirements impact SaaS software solutions
- Ability to excel in a highly collaborative, agile, and fast-paced environment
