Job Summary

A value-added cloud-based SaaS distributor is in need of a Remote ServiceNow Developer II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Configuring and maintaining ServiceNow instances
  • Supporting team members in aligning ServiceNow best practices to our business requirements
  • Working with ServiceNow Architect and Product Owners to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with any 2: HRSD, ITBM, ITSM, CSM, CMDB or PPM/CPM
  • Expertise with ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflows
  • Expertise with creation and modification of various Access Controls, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions and UI Policies
  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Certification in ServiceNow, CSA AND CAD OR Implementer
