Remote Shared Services Coordinator
Job Summary
A healthcare treatment research company is seeking a Remote Shared Services Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting when an appropriate provider, type of service, or appropriate level of care cannot be readily found
- Completing service documentation accurately and timely in appropriate systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of Call Center, customer service or shared services
- 2+ years of experience in a managed care environment, integrated medical & behavioral health care
- Knowledge of EAP/managed care business and service delivery
