Job Summary

A leading payments company is filling a position for a Remote Software Configuration Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Implementing requirements for the platform to meet client needs
• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting business requirements and use cases in order to translate them into configurable settings
• Working directly with customers to identify needs and resolve software configuration options

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
• 2 - 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and ability to make decisions that best fits the needs of the customer
• People skills
• Communication skills
