Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Development Contracts Negotiator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Answering internal stakeholder questions about contract templates
• Managing initial negotiation escalations and tracking initial deal concessions
• Participating in special projects to identify, develop, implement, and enhance processes and policies

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or
• Equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department
• Minimum of 5+ years in the tech industry
• Experience and skill in reviewing, analyzing, drafting, explaining, and negotiating SaaS sales agreements
• Ability to learn the business and to function integrally as part of an interdisciplinary team
