Key Responsibilities

Support the development, negotiation, renewal, and compliance of IT contracts
Monitor and track contractual actions and deadlines while collaborating with various departments
Provide guidance to junior contract specialists and ensure accuracy in contract documentation

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in contract review and negotiation
Knowledge of medical and technical acronyms
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management
Experience with IT contracts is preferred
5 years of contracts experience is a plus
