Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Software Engineering Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Continuing to implement a metrics-driven Agile Scrum and CI/CD
  • Serving as a natural coach and mentor
  • Improving our engineering infrastructure

Qualifications Include:

  • Gather around the cool waters of Costa Rica a few times a year for our regular off-sites
  • 7+ years of experience building large-scale software applications
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, developing enterprise-class products
  • Practical experience implementing CI/CD from start to finish
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering
  • Experience building a high-velocity, metrics-driven engineering organization
