Job Summary
A staffing and talent management firm has a current position open for a Remote Software Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing our team of 20+ internal and external engineers
- Providing technical leadership and strategic direction for our internal and external engineering teams
- Defining and delivering the end-to-end technical roadmap
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of engineering experience implementing and maintaining complex technology stacks
- 5+ years leading and managing an engineering team
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Experience building scalable and performant APIs and data models
- Familiarity with HIPAA/GDPR/COPPA
- Expertise in Python, React/React Native, AWS, and MySQL/PostgreSQL
