Job Summary

A staffing and talent management firm has a current position open for a Remote Software Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing our team of 20+ internal and external engineers
• Providing technical leadership and strategic direction for our internal and external engineering teams
• Defining and delivering the end-to-end technical roadmap

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of engineering experience implementing and maintaining complex technology stacks
• 5+ years leading and managing an engineering team
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Experience building scalable and performant APIs and data models
• Familiarity with HIPAA/GDPR/COPPA
• Expertise in Python, React/React Native, AWS, and MySQL/PostgreSQL
