Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Software Inside Sales Representative II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Selling software products and services
- Placing outbound calls and correspondence and selling direct to small and mid-size business/institution customers
- Responding to customer inquiries
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of outbound business-to-business phone marketing and/or sales experience and/or combination of education and experience
- General industry and competitor knowledge
- Basic customer relationship skills
- Understands the administrative and operational requirements of the job
- Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions
- Bachelor's degree or combination of work experience and education
