Remote Software Project Manager
Job Summary
A digital accessibility company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Removing impediments to the team’s process, facilitate agile ceremonies, and mentor team members
- Collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders in understanding their needs
- Monitoring team performance through quantitative and qualitative measures of value, outcome, velocity, morale, and satisfaction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- One or more related certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM
- 10-12 years in the agile software project management on complex, cross-functional, large scale technology-oriented software projects
- 5 years’ leadership experience including working with all levels of executive leadership
- 5-6 years working as a hands-on software developer using C#, JavaScript, or SQL
- Clear understanding of one of the agile frameworks and key best practices
- Leads one or more agile teams
