Remote Staff Data Engineer
Job Summary
An internet publishing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Staff Data Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with data scientists to design, build, and deploy reusable components
- Using your technical and data expertise to establish robust data pipelines
- Expanding our pipeline instrumentation and tooling
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience building, maintaining, and supporting high-volume data systems and infrastructure
- Experience with GCP BigQuery, DataStudio, and Looker
- Experience with Relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with Python, Apache Airflow, and dbt
- Experience with and a desire to continue learning about data infrastructure and frameworks
