Remote Storage Engineer III
Job Summary
A financial institution is seeking a Remote Storage Engineer III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Enterprise backup software and working with operations teams
- Maintaining partnerships and leveraging market technologies associated with SAN vendors,
- Assisting in providing current disk/tape storage usage statistics and providing future projected growth estimates
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min 7 yrs of exp in IT which includes min 6 yrs of experience in SAN fabric management
- Administer COMMVAULT and/or TSM
- Administer hardware components specifically focused on EMC, Pure Storage
- Assisting in development and product engineering as it relates to these technologies
- Managing and maintaining the company's storage-based systems and the deployment of these storage technologies
