Job Summary
A project management software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical and Add Ons Project Management Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing tickets relating to the product to support team members
- Creating and maintaining best-practice processes
- Working alongside other teams to build relationships and processes with the customer in mind
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent Product Knowledge
- Understanding the direction of the product and a deep level of knowledge of the roadmap
- Ticket Review skills
- Ability to work with customers to solve complex API issues
- Good understanding of how APIs work
- Ability to create and maintain best-practice processes
