Remote Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
A business solutions and payment processing software developer is seeking a Remote Technical Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects
- Providing in-depth feature definitions using AGILE principles for developers to follow
- Analyzing and reporting on system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users
Required Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency
- Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels
- 3+ years of in technical business analysis in a related industry, (e.g. payments, banking, healthcare, travel)
- Advanced SQL knowledge and application of system integration solutions such as ETL and RESTful APIs
- Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption
