Job Summary

A cloud storage and file hosting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical User Experience Writer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with Developers and Design, among other teams, to understand our Platform
  • Organizing, structuring and labeling our platform documentation in a logical, effective, and sustainable way
  • Writing various copy of a professional, technical nature, about our platform per website copy, and more

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Able to create documentation for both user groups, both Front and Back-End
  • Can Organize, structure, and label our platform documentation in a logical, effective, and sustainable way
  • Able to figure out the best format for user groups to consume the documentation
  • Familiarity working in an Agile/Scrum project management system
