Job Summary
An information technology solutions company is seeking a Remote Telecommunications Ordering Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Analyze existing telecommunications infrastructure and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee installations, relocations, moves, and changes to the telecommunications infrastructure
- Provides technical problem diagnoses and resolution support for all associated subsystems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Public Trust Clearance by start date
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
- ITILv4 Foundation Training and ITILv4 Foundation Certification
- Experience as a remote worker demonstrating time management and self discipline with cultural change management and Agile mindset
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Conexus platforms
- 2 - 7 years of experience and bachelor's degree
