Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Threat Detection Response and Security Engineering Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for threat detection, response, and security engineering
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, including analysts, engineers, and incident responders
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, legal, and compliance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within threat detection, response, and security engineering
• Experience leading engineering teams in agile frameworks
• Proven track record of staying current with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies,
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic security initiatives, driving change, and influencing stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situation
• Experience leading and managing a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
