Job Summary

A company in the Finance industry is looking for a Reporting & Analytics Analyst.

Position Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of analytics, automation and enabling technologies solutions / tools
• Create insightful, reports that meet business needs, and conduct investigations into changes in traffic, usage, and engagement to identify root causes
• Design and develop dashboards, metrics, and other reporting to enhance Center analytic insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of BI (Business Intelligence) and reporting experience
• Experience in a shared services environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and dedication to deepening understanding of work being done
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
