Reporting Analytics Analyst
Job Summary
A company in the Finance industry is looking for a Reporting & Analytics Analyst.
Position Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of analytics, automation and enabling technologies solutions / tools
- Create insightful, reports that meet business needs, and conduct investigations into changes in traffic, usage, and engagement to identify root causes
- Design and develop dashboards, metrics, and other reporting to enhance Center analytic insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of BI (Business Intelligence) and reporting experience
- Experience in a shared services environment
- Demonstrated critical thinking and dedication to deepening understanding of work being done
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
