Reporting and Analytics Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Reporting & Analytics to develop strategic priorities and execute operational plans for information delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the department reporting strategy based on compliance, client demands, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and manage a team of reporting staff to meet performance expectations and objectives
- Oversee the planning, development, testing, and coordination of new reports, data pulls, and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting analysis, or data analysis
- 1 year of leadership or people management experience
- Experience with report generating technologies (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
